The Kansas City Center for Inclusion offers small groups and organizations the opportunity to use a licensed Zoom account for free! If you are interested in this service please send an email to technology@inclusiviekc.org. Organizations who request use of the Shared KCCI Zoom account understand and agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. KCCI is not responsible for advertising on behalf of the group or organization. The effort to build attendance rests solely upon the requesting organization.
  2. KCCI is not liable for any unwanted participants, disruptions, nor user generated content during the Zoom meeting.
  3. Requesting organizations are expected to be responsible with the Zoom license; only access, start, and record meetings you have previously requested and been approved for.
  4. KCCI provides this service as a courtesy; the Center is not responsible forand cannot control any Zoom outages, scheduled maintenance, or service interruptions.
  5. KCCI cannot provide any technical support for the use of this service at this time.

Groups or organizations that misuse the Shared KCCI Zoom license may be denied access to the license and any scheduled future meetings removed.
